So Madison and Jacobi are going to be able to spend the Holidays in Utah. They weren't able to come last year but this year all the passports and everything are in order so as soon as school let out on December 10th I traveled down to pick them up. The weather was nice in Chile with temperatures in the low 80's so I hope they can get used to the 30 degrees we are experiencing here now.

The trip back from Chile was nice and long. We left their house at 1230am December 11th and traveled to Panama, then Houston and then to Salt Lake. After keeping an eye on a mentally ill man on the Panama-Houston flight (he had several outbursts about aliens talking to him) and after about a 8 hour layover in Houston we arrived home December 12th at about 230am local time so 630am Chile time. A good 30 hour journey to get here but we arrived safely and without any aliens talking to us, that's all that matters.
